The Fourth Amendment states that no one can search my possessions or spy on me without a warrant. The Obama Administration and the NSA are ignoring our Constitution. ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT AND TORTURE BEING THE MOST HEINOUS OF PRIVACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS! I quite frankly, welcome any and all Federal Government monitoring the wire fraudsters also associated with this MINNESOTA STATE SPONSORED TERROR SYNDICATE, that hack my online accounts, deleting important email, etc., as I have for sometime (since 2007 and Amy Klobuchar has my initial complaint alleging my privacy problems started when Hibbing PD hired an electronic surveillance specialist 2007!) suspected this and gave the FBI written consent to do so BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, I AM NOT THE CRIMINAL, I AM THE VICTIM OF THE MOST ATROCIOUS VIOLATIONS OF PRIVACY AND PERSON-HOOD IMAGINABLE! I have since given written consent to the Department of Homeland Security as technology intended to kill me has been discovered with enough circumstantial evidence to strongly suggest it’s being perpetrated by all neighbors! I know Amy pussy foots around this subject, not only with me but other Targeted Individuals who have posted their interactions with her publicly. I do understand her apathy and concealment of this Criminal Enterprise considering I have also uncovered evidence STRONGLY SUGGESTIVE OF THE DFL’S DIRTY LIL FINGERS CONTROL OF THE STRINGS, IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE OF THEIR INFLUENCED LIL CRIMINAL CAMPAIGN PUPPETS! Much has transpired since my initial contact with Amy Klobuchar, the late Jim Oberstar and Tom Bakk, including my arsenal of evidence, to confirm those allegations of 2007, against the MASSIVE MINNESOTA RICO!
The USA FREEDOM Act, S.2685, requires FISA courts to get a warrant for each individual they spy on. It will make sure government bureaucrats can no longer spy on all Americans without cause. Nor should those within it’s employ through networks of Organized Crime as IS THE CASE WITH THOSE THAT COVERTLY MONITOR MY EVERY MOVEMENT HERE IN ST LOUIS COUNTY, HIBBING MN., SILICA TWSP! THESE ELITE PRIVATE SECTOR ACCOMPLICES ARE ACQUIRING FAVORS VIA TAX EVASION (PER THE SHERIFF FOR THE OLSON’S CORROBORATED BY CLIFF TOBEY! AND PROVIDED TO THE DEPT OF HS!) AS WELL AS CONCEALING ASSETS IN REAL ESTATE ALSO CORROBORATED BY CLIFF TOBEY AND SUBMITTED TO THE DEPT OF HS!

Many of these local criminals crimes which have commenced and are commencing COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF NOT FOR MANY PEOPLE’S NEGLIGENCE INCLUDING MY DADS MURDER BY THIS MASSIVE RICO LAST APRIL! Currently through the ILLEGAL USE OF TECHNOLOGY THESE ELITE CLIQUE OF CRIMINALS ARE COLLUDING TOGETHER TO MURDER ME AND I CAN AND HAVE PROVED SO TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY IN A CIVIL RIGHTS/LIBERTIES COMPLAINT SUBMITTED MID JUNE! THESE TYPES OF TECHNOLOGY SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE HANDS OF CIVILIAN SOCIETY. …AND WHEN THEY ARE DISCOVERED TO BE ABUSED AND MISUSED AS LETHAL AGAINST OTHER INNOCENT CIVILIANS BY A VIGILANTE GANG OF CRIMINAL STALKERS, THE AUTHORITIES NEED TO TAKE SWIFT AND THOROUGH ACTION AGAINST SUCH GROUPS ACCORDINGLY! THESE ACTIONS AGAINST ME ARE A DEFINITE CONSPIRACY AGAINST MY RIGHTS AND THOSE OF MY FATHER (HIS RIGHT TO LIFE TAKEN!) UNDER USC18 SECTION 241 AND A VIOLATION OF THE RICO ACT OF 1963 CONCERNING THE CONCEALMENT OF A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE WHICH THIS VIGILANTE GANG IS COMPRISED OF! CONCEALMENT OF A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE BY MANY HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF AND NEGLIGENT TO ACT KEEPING MY DAD AND ME SAFE IN SPITE OF PROOF POSITIVE PROVIDED BY ME FOR YEARS IN ADDITION TO MY MANY PLEAS FOR HELP!
