Hibbing police arrested a male for domestic assault around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 2600 Fourth Ave. E. James A. Monetti, 48, of Hibbing, was taken into custody and was being held in the Hibbing jail. According to officers, he is expected to be charged with felony domestic assault, misdemeanor obstructing legal process and misdemeanor fleeing on foot.
